This Meditation introduces the Jewish spiritual practice of counting the Omer - a 7-week practice that coincides with Passover.
For each of the next seven weeks, the meditation will focus on a different principle of holiness that we can work to emulate.

Need a moment to meditate and be the observer? Ask yourself how your practice is evolving at home? Engage in svadhaya with Renee. She infuses a sequence with balance, strength, and support in this class. Get creative with the props you have at home - you’ll need a blanket and pillow.
The Four Worlds - Learning to see our World through different lenses.
A meditation in motion. Move mindfully, breathe fully, and express yourself divinely in this class. Be guided through a gentle sequence, pranayama practice and chant to connect the solar plexus (manipura) chakra and heart (anahata) chakra. While we may feel stuck, this is a time to tap into our inspiration and open ourselves to the flow of creativity.
A class building on vitality, intuition, resilience, understanding, and strength. Dive into your Anahata (Heart) chakra as Carol guides you through a sequence of heart openers to challenge your resilience and strength. You may not be able to hug others during this time, but you can surely give your heart a hugs from your lungs in this class. Come a live like the flowers of spring blooming from their roots!

Join Renee, bf Greg, and kitty cat, Griff for some wiggles and giggles to kick the quarantine blues. This class is fun, energizing, and challenging that gives light to our current situation. Renee’s sequence is complete with a quarantine Flowga playlist on Spotify.
Sue Ellen shows us that we can practice among the distractions of our home in this class. Her class offers a shift in perspective of the environment around you and gives you opportunity to ground. This was our largest live class yet. Practice with the energy of a group class at home!
A Hatha sequence for all trimesters. Get your home props ready! If you’re in your 3rd trimester have a block or two by your side, and a bolster. If you don’t have a block grab some books, if you don’t have a bolster grab two pillows.
Take this class when you need to slow down and find your center during this chaotic time. Find stillness in yourself and let this flow be a moving mediation. Adapt this practice to meet the rhythm of your body.
