A class for those who serve and those who support loved ones in service. Are you in the military, a veteran, emergency responders or a spouse? If so, this class is designed for you.
A regular yoga & meditation practice helps relieve stress, maintain optimal health, relieve symptoms associated with depression & anxiety, experience more restful sleep, better focus, strengthen problem-solving skills, and the list goes on!
Catie is trained in adaptive yoga techniques, but it is requested that you contact her in advance if you regularly use a wheelchair or have difficulty standing for a length of time, have a prosthetic limb, have experienced polytrauma, or TBI. In some cases, it may be advisable to meet privately before participating in the group class in order to establish confidence in modifying specific types of poses. It is also recommended that you consult with your health care provider before participating.
