In the first workshop, you will learn how to unlock Safety Energy Locks (SEL's) which are dimensional & spherical energy fields in yourself. There are 26 SEL's located on each side of your body. You will use breath, intent and your own hands to remove energetic blockages caused by stressors/emotions to enhance your energy flow. We will focus on essential solutions to harmonize everyday imbalances such as headaches, nausea, insomnia & vertigo. We will discuss ways to release tension, anxiety & depression from the body. You will also learn energy flows that focus on cancer prevention & boosting the immune system. If you wish to understand how to use Universal Energy to harmonize your body into emotional, physical & spiritual balance, this workshop is for you.

Once you learn JSJ basics in the first class, we will balance the emotions that correlate with each finger & toe....worry, fear, anger, grief & pretense. You will also learn specific finger energy flows to balance your emotional state.
Saturday, July 10 | 1:00-2:30PM
In the final class of the series, you will ground in your center to connect the Spirit, Mind & Body using energy flows based on the Spine & Umbilicus.

Our pelvic floor - the foundational and complex part of the body being the bottom of the “core” serves many functions in daily life, and when not working optimally can affect quality of life. Education will be general, covering common-but-not-normal conditions like pelvic pain, urinary frequency/urgency, stress incontinence, and prolapse, as well as what we can do to help ourselves.
You can look forward to breathing, building awareness through subtle practices, and stretching and relaxing this afternoon! To close our session, we’ll discuss lifestyle tips and daily habits. Movement will be accessible to all, and modifications will be provided.
Sunday, May 23 | 1:00-2:30PM
This workshop is a continuation of the foundations for those who experience (or want to learn more about prevention of) stress incontinence or prolapse. Movement will be accessible to all.
Neither of these workshops diagnose conditions; rather, they provide education and a nuanced experience that will build awareness through practice and information. You will be able help yourself with what you learn this weekend, and should you never need to, take that information to a medical professional.
