Laurel Limb Yoga
Experience the healing power of sound, using Himalayan singing Bowls. The workshop will begin with a short pranayama session followed by a short meditation. After the meditation, everyone will lay on their back in shavasana with heads pointing towards Hadas to the center. Forming a circle, like the petals of a flower. During the workshop, Hadas will pass you playing her bowls, bringing the vibrations of the bowl close to your body. At the end of the sound bath, there will be a short meditation. This sound bath is for everyone, no experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.
